Jams & Marmalades
Many of our Jams and Marmalade's are made with reduced sugar. On average we use approximately 1/4 of the sugar called for in traditional recipes and in some case we have sugar free products.
Spiced Blueberry Jam
Our Flagship Product that started our company. We started experimenting with different jams and sauces for fun and came up a spiced jam using a mixture of spices. Our friends and family told us it was so good we should start a business and the rest is history.

Mango Marmalade
After the Blueberry we moved on to mangoes. Several experiments later we came up with a winner in our Mango Marmalade and Mango Pepper Jelly (see jellies page)

Apple Butter

Pear Ginger Butter
Made by slow cooking Organic pears and Ginger together for two days until the pears have been reduced to a thick spread. No sugar is added to this product as the pears are sweet enough.

Apple Butter
Similar to the pear ginger butter our apple butter is slow cooked over two days and then we add spices and a small amount of organic brown sugar to enhance the apples sweetness.
